Luoping- Kaiyuan- Nansha (Xinjie)

Hello,

I am planning a trip in Yunnan for the next year.
I would like to spend a few days in Luoping and after, go to Yuanyang.
I am looking for information to do this by bus.
I've found that there is a bus Luoping-Kaiyuan (5 hours, bus around 8 am) and after, does-it exist a direct bus to Nansha or Xinjie or do I have to take a bus to Gejiu and then to Nansha/ Xinjie ?
What is the duration of the journey between Geiju en Nansha ?
