dongchuan red land & louping

Hi,

i will come to kunming from 22 feb to 3 march 2019.
planning to go dali,lijiang first only cover dongchuan & louping.
can you suggest which place should i go first as i confused about the season in the area dongchuan & louping whether best to visit at the end of feb or early march.
