How can I go to Chonqing north railway station?

Hi,I already booked the ticket from Chongqing bei to Chengdu east from Agent in Thailand.So I have to exchange the real ticket at Ticket hall first,right??

So I will arrive the airport at 10.30.am.After that I must go north railway station for going Chengdu at 13.08 pm.

1.Will I miss the train at 13.08pm.?
2.If I miss,Can I change the time?
3.Which station do I get off Between Longtousi or Chongqing north railway station?
