Where Can I Get Visa Notice from Guangzhou?

Dear Sir,

Bapima Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd. issued an Invitation Letter for my visit in Guangzhou, China. I submitted this letter to the Chinese Embassy here in Manila, Philippines but the China Embassy is requiring me to provide the Visa Notice. I asked Bapima to comply with the request, but the problem is Bapima doesn't know where and how to process the Notice. Could you kindly provide us where can Bapima get the Notice from Guangzhou? Which government office in Guangzhou should Bapima go and what documents should Bapima bring to process the Notice. Please help...Thank you in advance for your kind assistance regards

Arnel, I think this notice should refer to the so-called invitation letter from Duly Authorized Unit. They may get it at the Foreigner Affairs Office in Guangzhou or the Business Department there. The documents needed may include your passport copy, the application form, acopy their business license, and a statement of the visit, and a travel schedule.
