About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

transfer - customs inspection in Capital Airport

I will arrive at T2 by Delta Airlines from USA, then transfer to catch Xiamen Airlines in T2 to Changsha. Do I have to go to T3 to Customs Inspection? Does T2 has customs inspection service also? Thank you.

There is customs inspection at T2. You don't need to go to T3.
