Is the weather in November still good for tourism?

It is a little bit cold in Nov but not much. And it may not influence your trip. You are suggested to prepare cotton-padded jacket and woolen sweaters for a trip to Beijing in early November. Bring scarf, gloves and a warm hat if you plan to visit the Great Wall. In mid-November or later, a thin down coat is necessary.
