Is this Window of the World park open on Saturday and Sunday during November 2016?

Your web page implies it isn't open Saturday and Sunday.

Yes, it is open from 9:00 to 22:00 on ordinary days; from 9:00 to 22:30 on holidays. There is no public holiday in November, so the WOW will open from 9:00 to 22:00 every day in November. Don't worry! :)
