Ok, here is the deal, I have Belgium passport, I fly from Singapore with direct flight to Xiamen,

from Xiamen to Hongkong, and from there to Manila, am I good for the 72 hour free transit
I can visit Quanzhou with the three day visa?

Eddy, you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Xiamen. But I’m afraid you cannot leave Xiamen for Quanzhou for a visit within the 72 hour free transit.
