Meeting point at PEK

Hi,

I will be arriving at Capital Airport Terminal 2 by Air Asia D7 316 at 1.05AM
My friend will be arriving in Capital Airport Terminal 3 by Malaysia Airline.
1) Any idea where my friend can find me in Terminal 2 with chartered car?
Would BCIA Customer Service Center be the best location for meet up?
2) Can I have a map of Beijing Airport Terminal 2?
3) Where can I purchase local SIM card and what is the operation hour of the Sim card counter?

There are free shuttle buses between Terminal 3 and Termial 2, the bus is available every 30 minutes after 11pm and the ride takes about 20 minutes. You can meet up at BCIA Customer Service Center, which is located to the north of Gate15 at 1F. As for the map, you are suggested to go to the official website of Capital International Airport for more information. I am afraid that there is no office selling SIM card upon your arrival. You can purchase the card at a service counter of any one of the three GSM carriers with your passport in the daytime. Or you may consult the staff at information desk when you arrive there.
