Accomodation near Xiamen North Train Station

Anybody has recommendation for convenient and not too highly budget accommodation near the North Train Station?

There are many budget hotels near the North Railway Station, here list some recommended ones.
Yujia Inn, located at No. 1189 Beizhan Huanxian.
Beijixing Hotel, located next to the station building.
Tihu Hotel, located at No. 96 Beizhan Huanxian.
