About:Beijing Botanical Garden

I'm planning to visit Beijing Botanic garden tomorrow. Will be be any flowers blossom at this time?

How long would it take approximately to sightseeing the whole garden?

Yes, it's worth to going there. You can see many kinds of flowers at this time, such as chrysanthemum and Chinese rose. Generally speaking, the suggested sightseeing time is about 2 hours. Have fun!
