Hi I have a flight back from Rome -> wuhan ,Transit 1 and 1/2 hour transit -> Guangzhou 3 days stopover -> Sydney.Ricky

Ricky, you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit if you travel like that because you will stop in two Chinese cities. You need to apply for a tourist L type or transit G type ahead of your trip!
