Can I travel to China with a 15 yrs old cousin without parents??

Hi, I want to travel with my cousin she is only 15 ..Did she need a special document or like a legal permission for her parents?? Thanks ..

Sussy, yes, she needs to provide a consent letter from her parents and copies of parent’s passport. Besides, a relationship between your cousin and you is needed.
