About:China Work Visa

About chinese work permit

Hi, I have got the alien license and the invitation letter from my company which is located in china. I have applied for my temporary work permit in India. I just want to know how many days the process will take and also is there any possibilities for the rejection..? Some one please let me know about this asap .

Mani, after you submit the application, usually, 4 working days are needed to process it.
If you have submitted all the required documents, it is possible for you to get the work Z type in the end, namely, you have at least 50% chance.

Sid, Thank you very much for your reply. Have you faced any rejections and if it's what will be reason.!!
Because I've good educational background. So I think it shouldn't be a reason for me . Can you please let me know the possible things for rejection..

You may be refused because you don’t provide the required documents, or you don’t do well when attend the face-to-face interview, or other reasons. Actually, I just heard of that, but I haven’t experienced that. Good luck!
