About:China Work Visa

I am applying for a z visa at the chinese embassy in London.

I have a Dutch passport but have been told that I do not need to provide proof of legal status. However my invitation later states 'to the embassy P.R China in the Netherlands'. Can I still apply for a z type in london?

Fadma, you can try to apply for it in London, but if your application if refused there, I’m afraid you need to go back to Netherlands to apply for it.
