About:Beijing Capital Airport T1

Hello, next Friday I'll be arriving in Beijing Capital Airport from Belgium at 5:50h in Terminal 2.

At 8:05h I have a flight to Shanghai in Terminal 1, transit time would be 2h15, is that enough?
Also do I need to re-check in my luggage? Is it better to ask the staff for help or search instructions myself?

It's international to domestic transfer from T2 to T1. Generally speaking, the minimum transfer time is about 2 hours. Thus you are advised to complete those transfer procedures as soon as possible.
Besides, you need to re-check the luggage at PEK. You can ask help for the airport staff. Don't worry. There are also special passageway for transfer passengers. And many detailed English signs at the airport can help you find the correct direction easily. :)
