About the Invitation form

Hi,

1. do you accept a copy of the invitation form? is it necessary to provide a original copy?
2. due to some reasons, my colleague is employing by HK company and will eventually employee by Shanghai company. in this situation, the Visa Application Form of the People’s Republic of China form 1.17 Employer should be HK company or Shanghai company?

1. Elipapa, usually, the faxed or scanned copy can work, too. But sometimes, the original invitation letter may be required.
2. I think it should be Shanghai company.
