Hong Kong issued Chinese entry permit - M Tsang

I have a valid HK issued Chinese entry permit for 10 years, and this permit allows me to travel from HK to PRC or vice versa. I am now living in Toronto, and have Canadian passport. I have booked the tour and will fly from Toronto to Shanghai by China flight, can I use this permit to enter China?? Also, my last name shown on Canadian passport (married name)& permit (maiden name) is different, can I get on China flight?

I’m afraid you cannot use the permit to enter PRC. You need to apply for a visa to enter PRC for a visit.
