Express Visa Required for China Shanghai, I am currently in a Zurich Summer School and am UK Citizen

HI I am in Zurich for a summer school, and I am a UK citizen. I need to travel to Shanghai for a trip on a tourist visa, which will only be a 5 day trip. Can I apply for the visa in Zurich? If so what do I need for the application? I need this visa before end of day Wednesday.
