How to Take Bus from Zhangjiajie to Wulingyuan and Return (Next Day)

We want to travel from Tianmenshan Suodao area to Wulingyuan Bus station during evening hours. Could you please let me know from where to take the bus and till what time buses are available after evening. Is ZJJ Central Bus station in walking distance from Tianmenshan Sudao ? While returning back from Wulingyuan Bus station to ZJJ Central Bus Station (Next Day) what is the last time of Bus at evening Hours.
