do i need or bachelor degree of higher to get the Z visa, Foreigners Employment Permit

I have worked in a company for 4 months already but not on Z type. Right now my employer want be back, I wanted to know how and where the employer must go to get the things done for me to get the permits needed for the Z type. Is it difficult to get the Permits
1. Alien Employment License ,
2. employment visa notification .

Your employer should go to the local Human Resources and Social Society Bureau or Foreign Affairs Office to get the invitation letter from duly authorized unit for you. And go to the labor bureau to apply the employement license.

Hi.thanks for the reply..do they need a bachelor degree to get the work permit done?because my employer tried to see a visa consultant in China but they are looking for bachelor degree + 2years experience to get all the documents and visa which i do not have?please advise and how long it take to apply and get the work permit and invitation letter? My wechat is 18201984628..if someone can help me please??

Usually, the bachelor degree and proof of 2-year work experience are necessary to apply the work permit.
After you provide all the required documents, 5 working days may be needed to get the work permit and invitation letter.
