About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Double 144 hr transit?

The route we are planning is as follows:
FRA - PVG - HKG - PVG - FRA
Is it possible to stay 144 hrs in the Shanghai area both times we transit in Shanghai?

Nick, you can enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai airport both times if the layover time in Shanghai is within 144 hours for both transits respectively.
