she has HK Identity Card and Passport .How can i get HK visa ? Which documents i need to have to get it easily ? Where i need to submit documents for  get it?

If you want to apply for a dependant entry permit, you need to prepare those materials: copy of your passport, the completed application form, a passport-sized color photo, your marriage certificate, and copies of your wife’s passport and permanent residence permit, and financial support proof. After, ask your wife to submit the application to HK immigration department to apply for it.
