About:China Visa

I am travelling to china on an L tourist visa and have accommodation booked

however a friend has just offered for us to stay at her house. Is this is an issue can I stay with her and just register my arrival at police station? Or because I have an L type must I stay at a hotel?

Rebecca, you can stay at her house and then you need to register at the police station by yourself or by your friend.
