sending parcel to Australia from Shanghai

Have been travelling for a few weeks now and have accrued excess baggage.
Can anyone tell me the best way to send say a 10kg parcel from Shanghai (we are in East Nanjing Rd) to Sydney? Having trouble finding out about Qantas baggage so thought posting it. Postal mail or courier type delivery. Thanks.

Maybe you can send it through China Post. There is a business hall at the intersection of Dianchi Road and Middle Sichuan Road.
