About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Arriving into Beijing Capital Airport at 5:30am on Hawaiian Air.

Is an 8am flight to Hong Kong on Air China feasible?
Need to ensure enough time to collect luggage, and check in to Air China. Also on the return, how long should I allow? If arriving on Air China at 9:20pm is that enough time to again collect luggage and check in for flight on Hawaiian Airlines at 1am?

Hi, it's international to international transfer in T3. You will have enough time to make this connection for the round trip.
In addition, you don't need to recollect your luggage at PEK. The procedures are the following:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
