Do I need a Visa for only a layover in Beijing Capital Airport?

My flight HU7958 is arriving to T2 at 05:50AM and my departure flight is China Southern Flight 317 from T2 at 08:10AM.
Is it enough time to change between flights?
Do I need a Visa for a layover, or to pickup my luggage and check it again?

Well, you don't need to have a transit visa. You can enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy because your stopover is within 24 hours.
In addition, it's international to international transfer in T2. You need at least 2 hours to make this connection. Thus you have enough time. Don't worry. And you don't need to recheck the luggage at the airport. The correct transfer procedures are the following:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Flight Waiting and Boarding
