Help to get to my brother who is under police custody

Hi. my brother got detained by the police there. who can i contact to help me reach and communicate with the police officer in charge of the case?

May I know where he is detained? Maybe I can find the contact number of the police station for you after I know where he is.

His name is Changwe Nyirenda. He sent a post card from Choucheng Police Station. Addresss: China, Zhejiang, Jinhua, Yiwu, Chouzhou N Rd.
