Will i be able to get custody of my daughter?my birthdate dec.3,1980
Im a foriegner living in Japan. Both me, and ex-husband are already married.im fighting for my daughter's custody.my husband now is a japanese, and my ex-husband is also japanese married again to a foreigner like me. He wont give up on the custody, neither me.my daughter is still at her 8 yrs old next week. Next month will be our 3rd hearing in the court.will i be able to get the custody? By way, I was the one who brought the case to the court .
