About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

how to select visa category

I want to visit China with my husband and daughter. Purpose is finding a used machinery supplier.we've not visited yo china before but husband has visited malaysia and dubai as traveler.
☆which categary we should apply?
☆is it possible to get business M type for husband and tourist L type for me and daughter?
☆which is the correct category us to avoid unnecessary problems?
☆What are the documents we should produced to the embassy?
☆How to get the invitation letter deo China immigration bureau?

Kamani, you can apply for a tourist L type for that.
If your husband has a supplier in PRC and he can get the invitation letter from the supplier, he can apply for the business M type.
I think a tourist L type is a good choice for you.
You need to provide those documents for L type: passport and its copy, the filled-out application form, a passport-sized color photo, a letter from a local travel agency, invitation letter from Chinese tourist bureau, and recent 3-month bank statement.
You can find an agency to get the invitation letter for you.
