Cost of school for my children

I got a scholarship for my masters degree in at the Jilin University.

I am a single parent with three kids 7, 4 & 1. Is it possible to come to Changchun with them? I also intend to come with my mum to take care of them.

I also want to know cost of schooling for them, if there is anyone relatively affordable for an average person

Will the embassy grant them visa ?

The scholarship is Chinese government full sponsored.
