I am wondering if you refer to the old hall at no. 6, North 3rd Ring East Road. If so, bus seems a better way, because it requires much walking and a transfer by subway. Walk from the center to Jing'anzhuang bus stop and take no. 104 to Wangfujing Lukou. Then walk to your destination. If you take a taxi, the whole way costs CNY35 or around.0
