About:China Customs Declaration

How do I declare for commercial item and is it need to pay tax or some in the border to exit China?

Toy mini car without battery operation, Quantity is not sure now, total value in USD750~3,000 to Japan.
I want to know necessary attached document and chargeable on the goods of export to HK then flight to Japan.

You should make a declaration when you pass the customs of HK and Japan. You need to write a declaration form and go through the red channel.

Do you have any declaration form to exit China or shown site to get more details?
I cannot find it yet.
If you know or have Chinese declaration form or name of form, please let me know.
