Commercially packed food

I will be using the 240 hour transit visa from the Philippines and I will be bringing commercially packed dried fish in olive oil, commercially packed pork and beans, dried guayabano leaves for tea, and some filipino snacks which will be consumed in the US. Are any of these allowed? Thank you

Any fish and meat are not allowed. Beans, dried guayabano leaves are OK.
