About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I'm a Canadian citizen currently in the Netherlands

and I will need a visa to go to China from the Netherlands. However, because I'm not a resident of the Netherlands I understand I will need to apply for an entry permit by sending my documents to Canada and having a friend apply from there. My question is, in this case, what do I fill in for question 1.25 where they ask for the current location of the applicant. Should I just say Canada or should I write the Netherlands? Many thanks!

Jiajia, you can't send your documents to Canada and ask your friend to apply from there. You should apply from the CVASC in Netherlands. So you can simply fill in Netherlands for question 1.25.
