About:How to Buy Tickets

New passport number

I need to book train tickets for next month and my passport is being renewed. The new passport will be in exactly the same name but will have a different number. Can I book the seats now using my old passport number and give you the new number when it is available? If there is a fee for re-issue that is OK.

Once issued well, the passenger information cannot be changed. That means you need to cancel the original one and buy a new one directly. If you still hold the old passport in hand, you may book with old passport number and use the old passport for collection at the railway station.
