Due to misunderstanding i have overstayed 28 days in china and i need to go back to my country. I had 2 double entries of 30 days in first entry i went hong kong than they refuse i return back china i asked them is my entry is 2 they say yes now i cannot go back to india please help me

Manav, you should go to the local police station to report your overstay issue. And then you need to pay the fine CNY 500 per day, and the capped amount won’t be more than CNY 10,000. After paying the fine, you can apply for an exit pass to leave PRC and go back to your country.

thanks for the reply i went here they fined me 10,000 RMB which i will pay by time. But will there be any other formalities except filling the new form for exit visa?
