will china embassy reject the visa application because of the ktt g20?

Question

I'm Devi from Indonesia / Jakarta. I will visit Hainan/Haikou on Aug31st,2016 until Sept 2nd,2016. Now I'm in process to apply entry permit in China embassy in Jakarta. But I heard that now China have new rules for the application because of KTT G20 that will be held in China. Mostly the application will be reject.I just want to make sure that China is will reject all the application that apply in this August 2016?

I can't definitely say  no to this question, but according to what I know, if you come to China during the G20 summit, you may have a big chance to get your application rejected.
