Will china embassy reject the visa application because of the KTT G20?

I'm Devi from Indonesia / Jakarta. I will visit Hainan/Haikou on Aug31st,2016 until Sept 2nd,2016. Now I'm in process to apply entry permit in China embassy in Jakarta. But I heard that now China have new rules for the application because of KTT G20 that will be held in China. Mostly the application will be reject.
I just want to make sure that China is will reject all the application that apply in this August 2016?

I can't definitely say " no" to this question, but according to what I know, if you come to China during the G20 summit, you may have a big chance to get your application rejected.
