Hello ... i am a GHANAIAN but i am in Cameroon at the moment ..

is it possible for me to apply for a Chinese visa in Cameroon even dough i have a Ghanaian passport?.. i am already a student in China but i deferred for a year and i am supposed to go back this september.. Thank you
