No Chinese visa to Syria passport at this month

Hello
I'm live in Thailand and have company and work permit there and I'm every year get 1 year entry permit to China from China embassy in Syria but this year I like do it in Bangkok but they are told me that no visa for Syria people at this moment??? They say now no give Syria passport visa to China maybe next month they give so my question what happened I have business in Thailand and bank accounts and work permit so why they no give visa and what we should doing we have business and order from China ?????
