when I booked tickets successfully, how can I get the tickets?
do I need arrive early to obtained the ticket?

You can choose to collect the paper ticket at the railway station directly and usually it would be better if you can get there around 90min in advance for the collection in case you are in a long waiting line.0

No, you need to go to the ticket window, the automatic machine would not work for passports.0
