As I know, the morning rush lasts from 7:00 to 9:00, and the evening rush lasts from 17:00 to 19:00.2

Can advise me whether i can cover Ruins of St. Paul Church, Senado Square, Venetian, Fisherman's Wharf and Guia Fortress within a day in Macao? If yes, what is the sequence. I will take ferry from Hong Kong to Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and at the end of the day back to the same ferry terminal to Hong Kong0

Well, your schedule is a little bit too tight. You are advised to skip Guia Fortress. You may arrange your itinerary this way: Fisherman's Wharf- Senado Square- Ruins of St. Paul's- Venetian. Afterwards, take a free shuttle bus from Venetian to Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal for your ferry back to Hong Kong. :)0
