new passport?

Hy. I am erlina. i will be flight to china, sept 10.Some people tell me that now i can't be apply and visa will be canceled by visa center.because my passport is new (and its my first passport&clear). they say i must have old passport if wanna get the visa.i already issued ticket and etc T^TI dont now what's thats mean.am i must go to some country, so my passport have some sign? or what?

Erlina, you can just submit your application to the CVASC and try to apply for it. But maybe there is such a requirement.

Hi erlina, can you share with me about your meeting with the cvasc because I also facing same problem like you. I even already get the document and letter of admission from the University but seem also can't get approval.

Hai JessicaI try to contact cvasc.and they just say sorry for the inconvenience, You may apply after September 2016, so there is no other solutionsI also try to get more information from big travel agent. So, If your passport is issued 2014 2015 2016 and it's a new (and the first passport), you cant apply it after september. They say it just 'temporary regulation' (i hope so). Maybe because 4-5 september they have  G20 conference in Hangzhou, China and they need to tight the regulation.If you have the update, please let me know too Jessica :)

hi,my pasport was issued in 2015 its a new pasport,so i'm facing the same problem with you guys. and if we just can apply after sept,it means i can't attend my class for this one month. if you got some new information bout this problem, please submit it here,thanks
