About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

HI, i am arranging visas for 7 people travelling to China for a business trip.

Do they all need to sign the forms? I notice there is an option to sign on behalf - can i simply sign for them as i have completed the forms?

Or does the embassy accept scanned copies of the application form?

Also - i have had differing information regarding the invitation letter - does the invitees passport number have to be on the letter? it does not say this on the embassy website, but a travel agent has told me it does

cheers
Sarah

Sarah, you can simply sign for them.
You need to provide the original application form.
The invitee’s passport number is needed to be filled on the invitation letter.
