About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

At Capital Airport T3, what are the opening hours for the Left Luggage Counter?

I need to pick up my luggage from there after 11 PM.

The luggage service counters opens for 24 hours. And in T3, the counters are located at east & west sides, unrestricted area, 2F, C, T3. :)
