Take a taxi to Xianyang Railway Station for about CNY 50. Then, take a train to Yangling. The trains operate until 23:57, and the trip takes about 40 minutes. You need to pay CNY 12.5 for a hard seat; CNY 58.5 for a hard sleeper; CNY 82.5 for a soft sleeper. :)0
