Is it true that once a blue card holder cannot takes more than 90 days of leave...?

I'm working in Macau as a casino server. I'm currently in Philippines because I'm pregnant and I want to give birth here. But before I take my leave as ask my superiors first what's the best thing that I can do. And they suggest me to take 2 months no pay leave, so that's what I did. But before I take it, I gave them a letter that I'm going to take 2 months no pay leave, annual leave form that they sign in both which means they are agree. And now they are telling me that I need to go back to Macau 90 days on the day that I started my leave, otherwise my blue will automatically be cut by the immigration.., That's what they told me.. My 90 days here is exactly on sept.12,2016, I'm scheduled to give birth on August 29,2016, that's less than 2 weeks after I gave birth.. I don't think that I'm able to travel on that day.. What shall I do...!?

Javo, I think what they told you is the right thing. If you can't go back before the deadline, your blue card will be cut. So I'm afraid you can do nothing to stop this from happening if you are unable to go back.
