Would like to know whether it will be too cold to visit Wuyi Shan in February?

Will be travelling with my partner and plan to get there from Xiamen. as our flight touch down in XM around 1pm, we thought we might book a train ticket to get to Wuyi Shan (3 hours ride) and reach there before it get dark.

Would appreciate some advise:
a. How many days is best to stay in Wuyi Shan? Not planning for any hiking or climbing thou.
b. Is it easy to get around, if we stay at the scenic area of Wuyi Shan?
