About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

i dont get an entry permit for China by the embassy of China in the Netherlands,

they want to see my old passport. But i dont have an old passport. its a new rule started last week for the g20 in China. Do you know if there change something with a visa for 72 hours?

I haven't heard of news about the change of 72-hour free transit rule, but due to the g20, the requirements for inbounder travelers may become stricter.

You don´t need an entry permit to use the 72h twov, this transit is visa free. btw you can´t apply for an entry permit at the chinese embassy since 2014 anymore.
You have to use the CVASC at Den Haag.
