About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Dallas to Seoul to Shanghai to Dallas

We fly from Dallas to Seoul S. Korea and then a few days later fly to Shanghai. We will be in Shanghai for about 51 hours and then fly back to Dallas. Does that qualify for the 72 hour VISA?
